Preservation Architect


A prestigious architectural firm in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preserving historical buildings and a strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings, including their design, construction, and materials used
- Develop preservation plans for historical structures, ensuring they meet all safety and accessibility requirements
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee preservation projects from start to finish
- Use specialized software to create detailed drawings and models of proposed preservation plans
- Prepare cost estimates for preservation projects and manage budgets accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and community groups to gather input and address concerns related to preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on preservation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software used for architectural design
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
