Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Assist with budget planning and tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Salary: 1400$
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
