We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Implement security measures to protect our company's data
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for our systems
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
