Sales Executive for Indian Market in Eldoret, Kenya
We are hiring a Sales Executive to manage our Indian market in Eldoret, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to our Indian customers. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Indian market. Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, along with free visa and ticket provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from the Indian market
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns targeted at the Indian market
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Eldoret or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage)
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
