Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Triesen. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and service, as well as manage the front of house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing inventory, hiring and training employees, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position. We are seeking someone who is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.

As this is an English-speaking job, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as German or Italian would also be beneficial. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

This is a temporary position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing if needed. We also offer free visa sponsorship and travel assistance for non-residents.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management would be preferred but not required.
