Office Manager
An established company in Salalah is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position is open to Indian and Nepali nationals with fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Handle budgeting and expense monitoring for the office
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with recruitment and training of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
