Office Manager


We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily office operations, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. You must have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience working in an office environment. This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office budget, expenses, and supplies
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality with valid visa and accommodation
