Master Body Repair Technician


A reputable auto repair shop in Karachi is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in body repair, with a strong focus on collision repair. As our Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damage to vehicle bodies, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle body damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform repairs on vehicles, including welding, sanding, painting, and other techniques.
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide cost estimates.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs performed on each vehicle.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in body repair, preferably in collision repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Must provide own tools for the job.
