Online Consultant - Alta, Norway


We are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Alta, Norway on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes by providing personalized guidance and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels, such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Understand and analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions
- Guide clients through the use of our online services and tools
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide current and relevant advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of online communication tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in online consulting
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on client needs but will generally be during regular business hours.
