Crane Operator

As a Crane Operator in Vianden, you will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. You will work on construction sites, ports, and other industrial locations, and your main duty will be to manipulate the crane controls to lift and move materials according to the instructions of your supervisor.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception, as well as strong spatial awareness. You must also possess good communication skills to receive instructions from your supervisor and communicate with ground crew members. Physical strength and stamina are also essential for this job as you will be required to work in all weather conditions and at great heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment in a safe manner following all safety protocols
- Inspect crane before each shift to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Receive instructions from supervisor on where to position crane and what materials to lift
- Use hand signals or radio communication with ground crew members
- Maneuver crane into position using appropriate controls
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials according to instructions
- Monitor load weight and make adjustments as needed
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane immediately

Requirements:
- Valid operator's license or certification for the specific type of crane being operated
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong spatial awareness
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at great heights
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: 1000$ per month
