Merchandising Coordinator

We are a retail company in Remish seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers to develop effective merchandising plans for each store location
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and displays
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product selection
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional displays and events
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and display arrangements
- Train and supervise merchandising assistants in executing visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or coordination role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
