Merchandiser - St. Petersburg, Russia

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and proper display
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock as needed
- Set up displays and promotional materials according to company guidelines
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Gather and report feedback from customers and store managers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards in displays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends required during peak seasons. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
