Office Assistant - Part Time (Egyptian and Kenyan Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a part-time position, ideal for students or those looking for flexible work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
- Help with data entry and maintaining accurate records
