Sales Manager for Pakistani and Foreign Nationals in Ashdod, Israel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. This is a full-time job opportunity that does not require English proficiency and is open to both Pakistani and foreign nationals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train new team members on products/services and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed
