Glazier - Glass Installation and Repair Specialist (Contract) in Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania on a contract basis. As a Glass Installation and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures such as homes, businesses, and vehicles. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific requirements
- Install glass in windows, doors, skylights, and other structures
- Repair or replace broken glass panes
- Remove old or damaged putty and sealant before installing new glass
- Use various tools such as pliers, putty knives, and suction cups to handle glass safely
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, lift heavy objects, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (free visa will be provided if needed)
