Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of radio equipment. This includes two-way radios, broadcast transmitters, satellite communication systems, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Install and set up radio equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that arise
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio equipment and technology
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
