We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Triesen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing strong relationships with them to generate sales. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving them towards achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate sales
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Triesen (or willingness to obtain one)
