Job Title: Loader Supervisor

Our company, located in Al Buraymi, is seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse. As a Loader Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all loading processes are carried out efficiently and safely. This position is open to all nationalities and no English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles
- Assign tasks to loaders and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or damages to management
- Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded goods, including quantity and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during the loading process
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for loading/unloading goods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Salary: 1000$ per month.
