Housekeeping Supervisor



We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our team of housekeepers in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport and excellent English communication skills.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will also train and supervise a team of housekeepers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to ensure high standards are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products, as well as the ability to handle guest requests or complaints in a professional manner.

This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play an integral role in maintaining our property's reputation for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
