Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Triesen. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies, promoting the property to potential clients, and building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and networking events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business and retain existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
