Job Title: Plastering Technician


As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will work with a variety of materials such as cement, sand, acrylics, and stucco to create a smooth and durable finish. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning dirt and debris, and repairing any cracks or imperfections
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or hand-balling
- Smooth out any bumps or ridges to create an even surface
- Install corner beads and other plaster accessories as needed
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Clean up job site after completing work
- Communicate with clients on job requirements and timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Working knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans
- Strong physical stamina for working in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to use hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns effectively
- Good communication skills in order to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training in plastering or related field
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This job is located in Balzers.
