Part-Time Handyman


We are looking for a skilled and reliable Part-Time Handyman to join our team in Balzers. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around our facilities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with basic handyman skills looking for a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures.
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Keep track of necessary supplies and materials and report when they need to be restocked.
- Respond to urgent repair requests in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.

Requirements:
- Basic handyman skills including knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Own visa/residency in Balzers is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this part-time position. The exact working hours can be discussed during the interview process.
