Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef in our restaurant located in Gujrat, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create and prepare delicious dishes that meet our high standards. Your main duties will include overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar role. You must also have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with the kitchen staff. A strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential. Candidates with certification from a culinary school or relevant training program will be given preference.
This is a full-time position that requires flexible working hours including weekends and holidays. The salary for this role is 1000$ per month with potential for growth based on performance. We offer a supportive work environment where creativity, teamwork, and passion for food are highly valued.
