Senior Architect



We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with experience in both residential and commercial projects. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, overseeing all stages of the design process from concept development to construction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Oversee the development of detailed drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met during construction
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, materials, and techniques
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Proven experience managing a team of architects and delivering successful projects
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual presentations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
