IT Manager

As an IT Manager at our company in Ufa, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our information technology systems. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Perform regular security audits to ensure data protection
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and recommend upgrades as needed
- Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Train employees on new technology systems or software updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and data privacy regulations
- Experience with system administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP or CCNA
