Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Las Vegas


We are in search of a highly professional and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. This is a temporary position for Indians with their own visa and does not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, making them feel welcome and providing information about the hotel and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and provide recommendations for restaurants, shows, activities, etc.
- Make reservations for guests, including transportation, dining reservations, spa appointments, etc.
- Coordinate special requests such as room decorations or surprise gifts
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and promotions in the city to provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with own visa
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of Las Vegas area attractions and entertainment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work day/night shifts as needed

This temporary position offers a salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation.
