We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel team in Las Vegas. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for temporary employment, as it offers flexible hours and a competitive salary of 1600$. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa/ work permit if not an American citizen
