Surveyor - Mauren, India

As a Surveyor in our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects in Mauren. Your duties will include analyzing land records, using surveying instruments, and creating detailed maps and reports. You must have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS equipment, total stations, and other tools
- Collect data on property boundaries, topographical features, and existing structures
- Analyze land records to determine property lines and ownership
- Create maps, charts, and reports based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure accurate data collection
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying or related field
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency with surveying tools such as GPS equipment and total stations
- Ability to read maps, plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license
