We are currently hiring a Secretary for our company located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency and have no prior experience.

As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company's management team. This includes scheduling appointments and meetings, managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing reports. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and greeting visitors.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages are preferred. The ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion is also essential.
