Barista

We are hiring a Barista to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of different brewing methods.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Ensure that all products are prepared according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Keep inventory of supplies stocked and order as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
