Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and managing all sales activities within our company. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage the sales team, including setting targets, training, and performance evaluations
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting for sales department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (accommodation provided)
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Full-time (part-time may be considered for exceptional candidates)

Language requirements: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience level: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Education level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
