We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our team in Al-Khor, Philippines. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will be in charge of managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their individual goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet their individual goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competition analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities that will support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Filipino national residing in Al-Khor preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a target-driven environment
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in the Philippines region
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
- Valid residence visa or ability to obtain one
