Sales Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our company's goals. You will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and motivating our sales team to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Lead the sales team by setting clear goals and providing guidance and support
- Monitor market trends and competitorsβ activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and performance
- Prepare sales reports and present them to top management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools such as CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is preferred
- Pakistani nationality is preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
