Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Wiltz! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. Your duties will include setting up machines, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Machine Operator and possess technical knowledge of different types of machinery. You must also have strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. In addition, you should have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (e.g. lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they meet production standards
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Keep records of production quantities and machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of different types of machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Wiltz, a beautiful city known for its historic castle and picturesque scenery. It is situated in the northwestern part of Luxembourg near the border with Belgium.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Overtime may be required depending on production demands.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing in Wiltz or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
