Fitter vacancy in Wiltz Luxembourg

Fitter

We are currently hiring a skilled Fitter to join our team in Wiltz. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical components and systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use various hand and power tools to fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using various hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working with machinery and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with metal fabrication or welding. This position is open to all nationalities, however, candidates must have a valid visa/work permit for Luxembourg.
