Carpenter Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. Our company specializes in providing high-quality carpentry services to residential and commercial clients. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of carpenters to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan project layouts
- Ensure all materials and tools are available for each project and maintain inventory levels
- Train new carpenters on company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to discuss project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor construction timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project to ensure work is completed according to specifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety procedures
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Preferred but not required:
- Indian nationality or proficiency in English speaking
- Experience working part-time or as a freelancer
- Willingness to learn without prior experience
- Flexibility in terms of accommodation arrangements
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes

Salary:
$1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
