Roofer Supervisor


We are a renowned roofing company based in Jerusalem and we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer Supervisor to join our team. As our Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the roofing projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of roofers to complete all roofing projects
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members according to project timelines and deadlines
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Respond to any issues or concerns from clients or team members in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of project details, materials used, and labor hours
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina for working at heights in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem, Israel.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role with flexible hours. Some weekend or evening work may be required depending on project deadlines.
