Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Merchandiser to join our retail team in Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and product placement. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays that highlight our products and attract customers. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products are consistently stocked and presented in an appealing manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Create appealing store displays that showcase our products and align with current trends.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and adjust merchandise accordingly.
- Collaborate with buyers to ensure that new products are effectively integrated into displays.
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve visual merchandising efforts.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
