Computer Systems Analyst


A computer systems analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization's computer systems and procedures, making recommendations for improvements, and implementing new systems. They work closely with management and end users to understand the organization's needs and goals, and then design, develop, and maintain computer systems to meet those requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Gather user requirements through interviews, surveys, and observation
- Design efficient and effective computer systems that meet user needs
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for system implementation
- Test new systems to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide training to end users on how to use new systems effectively
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to suggest upgrades or changes to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals
- Experience working with databases, networks, and operating systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (remote work may be considered)
