Indian English Speaking Tester (Contract)


Our fast-growing software company in Siauliai is urgently seeking an experienced Indian English speaking tester to join our team on a contract basis. As a tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software products
- Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Identify and report bugs and issues using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in product design and requirement discussions to provide valuable feedback
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

Preferred Skills:
- ISTQB certification or similar qualification
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Flexible (part-time or full-time options available)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
