As a Painter, you will be responsible for providing skilled painting services to our clients in Utena, Lithuania. Your primary role will involve preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure a smooth finish by smoothing out imperfections with sandpaper or other tools
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or spills
- Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Experience with different types of paints and finishes
- Knowledge of safety precautions related to painting materials and equipment
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
