Restaurant Manager (Part-Time)


A well-established restaurant in Al-Khor is seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for a part-time role in the food and beverage industry.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. You will work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management is also essential. A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the owner on menu planning and pricing decisions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
