Restaurant Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar



As a highly reputable restaurant in Al-Khor, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in Qatar. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational abilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to managing staff, maintaining quality standards, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for budgeting and financial planning to drive revenue and profitability.
The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management. They should also have the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease while maintaining a positive attitude.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a track record of delivering exceptional service. An Indian national with fluency in English is preferred but not required. Biometric passport holders are encouraged to apply.
