Indian Baker in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This position requires a high level of skill and creativity in order to produce high-quality and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Shape and mold dough into various shapes and sizes
- Decorate and finish products with toppings or glazes
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of ingredients
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Good time management skills to ensure products are ready on time for customers
- Strong attention to detail for decorating and finishing products
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language

Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Al-Kuwait (Candidates from India preferred)
