Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This position is suitable for men and requires experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be Indian with their own visa and accommodation.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. You should also have the ability to work independently and multitask effectively. Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Providing general administrative support to office staff
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with own visa
- Experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
