Machine Operator Supervisor

As a Machine Operator Supervisor, you will oversee and direct the daily operations of our machine operators in our manufacturing facility in Muscat. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the production schedule, ensuring quality control measures are followed, and monitoring machine performance. You will also be responsible for training new operators and conducting regular performance evaluations. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a machine operator and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.
