Indian Executive Chef in Vianden, Luxembourg
We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Vianden, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, as well as a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. This position offers a salary of 1000$, accommodation, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a beautiful location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create innovative and authentic Indian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and menu items
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel's F&B operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in an upscale hotel or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Vianden, Luxembourg
