Executive Chef

We are in search of a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Vianden. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current food trends and meet the needs of our guests
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Ability to create innovative menus while also meeting cost targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with current food trends and ability to adapt menu offerings accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field from an accredited institution
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment
- Multilingual abilities (Malayalam or Arabic preferred)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided)
