Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract)
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are currently seeking an experienced and fluent English-speaking Online Consultant for a contract position in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main duties will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information and technical support.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting role preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with online tools and platforms

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, or social media
- Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Salary: $1600 per month
