Sales Manager
A leading retail company in Shan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team, providing training and guidance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Manage the sales team, provide training and guidance, and monitor their performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and market trends
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and lead a team towards achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with commission based on performance. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Shan.
